Giving LOFT customers a visible role in rainforest protection.
LOFT worked with One Tribe to connect furniture purchases with conservation and build the impact into customer messaging and monthly environmental reporting.
See how we did it
A residential furniture supplier wanted customers and stakeholders to see what its environmental programme achieved.
Customer messaging, conservation contributions and reporting support
The company had environmental commitments. It needed to show the work.
LOFT provides residential interior and furnishing services for landlords, property agents and development operators. Its sustainability approach covers sourcing, product lifecycle, transport and delivery, alongside a zero-landfill policy.
The team wanted a transparent way to show how customers could contribute through their purchases. Internally, it also needed to bring conservation activity into its environmental reporting with useful statistics and project context.
“Not only are we working with a partner who shares our values, we’re able to measure the impact that our partnership is having in real time.”
Connect the shopping experience with a reporting framework.
One Tribe helped LOFT place environmental messaging throughout the shopping site. Imagery, project information and impact statistics gave the marketing team material it could use consistently with customers and stakeholders.

The same programme supported customers, staff and stakeholders.
LOFT shared its climate-action activity regularly, helping customers understand the contribution associated with purchases and giving employees a consistent account of the programme.
Monthly calls with One Tribe helped the team turn individual statistics into reporting that included the projects and activities behind them.

Historical partnership results. The revenue figure is a reported business outcome, not a controlled attribution study.
The partnership account records protection of more than 300,000 trees. LOFT also reported £8 million in revenue associated with its ESG strategy through One Tribe.
The commercial figure is LOFT’s reported outcome, rather than an independently isolated measure of the effect of tree protection. The practical change is clear: its customer communications and reporting could draw on the same conservation programme.
