Making sustainability part of every event booking.
Together’s City of London venue uses One Tribe to measure event emissions, give organisers branded reports and support forest conservation with every delegate.

An event venue with strong environmental credentials needed to make the impact of its events just as visible.
Event measurement, branded reporting and delegate conservation contributions
A greener building was a strong start. Clients needed the event story, too.
88 Wood Street has sustainability built into its infrastructure: an 83 m² living green wall, an all-electric air source heat pump, smart ventilation, an EPC B rating and BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification. Surplus food is redistributed through Too Good To Go and OLIO.
But a building’s credentials don’t answer every question about an event. Organisers also need to understand the activity they bring into the space, report it to their teams and explain what their booking supports. Together needed a practical way to connect those questions with its venue offering.
One Tribe’s ECØS platform brings the measurement, conservation programme and client reporting into that event journey. It gives the team a consistent way to talk about sustainability before a booking, during the event and afterwards.
From the first calculation to a report the client can use.
The programme starts with a calculator branded for the venue. Event data feeds an individual report and contributes to the wider venue record. Organisers can see their own event, while Together can follow activity across the space.
Conservation contributions are built around delegate attendance. Carbon offsets are available separately, allowing the venue to include an additional service and retain an agreed margin when credits are purchased.

Delegates can see where their contribution goes.
The conservation programme connects the venue with two named partners. Rainforest Trust protects threatened forests and biodiversity. Plant One Cornwall restores the rare Celtic Atlantic rainforest through local planting and protection.
A QR link lets delegates explore the event’s climate impact. The organiser leaves with branded reporting, and Together has a record it can bring into proposals and sustainability conversations. The programme gives each audience a useful way to engage with the same work.

Together can now connect its building credentials with event measurement, named conservation activity and client-ready outputs. Venue and event dashboards keep that work visible beyond the day itself.
The commercial opportunity comes from making reporting and optional offsets part of the service. It gives organisers more to take back to their business and the venue team more substance for the next enquiry.
