The Challenge

Boosting brand loyalty and increasing customer engagement

Faced with the challenge of having to engage customers and implement an effective, low-cost sustainability solution, To the Stars sought a partner that was both affordable and able to seamlessly integrate with their site without impacting their unique brand identity. It was important that this new partner aligned with their mission and their audience’s needs as well as met the team’s ESG goals. The required innovation and strategy needed to navigate social resonance, improve conversion rates, and increase consumer engagement while driving tangible, measurable results.

The Solution

Utilising dynamic ESG-driven campaigns to boost engagement

One Tribe’s ability to engineer innovative solutions that align seamlessly with client missions and drive tangible results made them the perfect fit for To The Stars.

In collaboration with the team, One Tribe embarked on a growth journey aimed at enhancing the brand’s customer experience and amplifying the business’s environmental impact using bespoke API technology. One Tribe empowered To the Stars’ customers to actively contribute to rainforest protection, offering the opportunity to create a meaningful impact on the environment while protecting trees with every item purchased.

In addition to an initial web-store integration, One Tribe helped To The Stars craft a sophisticated ESG campaign, harnessing the power of social engagement, protecting a remarkable 175,000 trees and counting. This significant increase indicates a strong resonance with the audience, illustrating the success of our strategy in connecting To the Stars’ mission with their stakeholders.

The Results

54,266+ tonnes carbon stored and increasing customer engagement by over 15%

The successful implementation of One Tribe’s integrated no-touch API mechanism led to an exceptional surge in social media interactions. The achievement highlights a vastly improved online presence, resulting in heightened customer satisfaction and engagement.
