Now is the time to support African communities and take climate action.
Africa is responsible for less than 4% of GHG emissions worldwide, yet the nation currently bears the highest costs of climate change.
Floods, landslides, drought, and deforestation could soon leave 37 million people without food and shelter unless we can find solutions to protect precious ecosystems and support communities most affected by climate change.
The COP27 conference is a starting point for policy change. Still, more and more people are tackling the climate crisis directly and working together to mitigate the impact on their lives and environment. Africa needs more support and funding to protect those on the ground dealing with climate change every day. One Tribe highlights inspiring climate community leaders and will continue to support conservation and tree protection projects throughout Africa and worldwide.
Get involved – take climate action today and help to protect precious trees, wildlife and communities in Africa now.
