One Tribe Global Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and the One Tribe Global mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Services. Account Information
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. We also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to continue to develop and improve our Services. Where we retain information for Service improvement and development, it will be anonymized and used to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, not to specifically analyse personal characteristics about you.

If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services. Every marketing email we send will provide you with the option to opt out of receiving future emails.

We collect information about you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the Services.
Log Data

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the products and/or services offered by One Tribe Global Ltd (the “Services”) and the website (the “One Tribe Global Site”). - Interception. Monitoring of data or traffic on a System without permission.
- Third Party Services. Developing any applications that interact with the Services or other users’ content or information without our written consent.
No Network Abuse
You may not make network connections to any users, hosts, or networks unless you have permission to communicate with them. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- User Solicitation. Soliciting login credentials from another user or using or attempting to use another user’s account, username, or password without their permission. Monitoring or Crawling. Monitoring or crawling of a System that impairs or disrupts the System being monitored or crawled.
- Intentional Interference. Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services, including any deliberate attempt to overload a network or System.
- Avoiding System Restrictions. Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on a System, such as access, message, seat, API, bot, or contact restrictions.
No Email or Other Message Abuse
You will not distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (like “spam”), including commercial advertising and informational announcements. You will not alter or obscure mail headers or assume a sender’s identity without the sender’s explicit permission. You will not collect replies to messages sent from another internet service provider if those messages violate this Policy or the acceptable use policy of that provider.
Our Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Services or One Tribe Global. We may:

One Tribe Global, as a Data Controller, collects and stores Personal Data only as instructed for the purposes of delivering the One Tribe Global Services.

The Data We Collect and Store
Scope: One Tribe Global collects, processes and stores Personal Data about people who use the One Tribe Global platform.
Categories of Data Subjects:
- Customer’s end-user customers or prospects
- Customer’s employees or other authorised users or administrators of One Tribe Global
Categories of Personal Data:
- Name
- Contact information (company, business email address and phone number)
- IP Address*
- Cookie Data**
*One Tribe Global will only use the IP address for data enrichment, i.e. to determine if it is associated with a business and then give you additional information re: that business such as industry and # of employees).
**One Tribe Global will only use cookies to track the activities of your site visitors within your site, e.g. whether they visited a particular product page or the pricing page before engaging with the messaging widget.
How we comply with GDPR
Appropriate Safeguards
Per Article 32 of the GDPR, we have in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure. All data is securely stored in the Google Cloud Front and Amazon Web Services via WPEngine hosting.
Contracts
We have in place the appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all vendors and sub-processors that process data on our behalf.
Honouring Data Subject Rights
We have processes in place to honour data subject requests. One Tribe Global will export, correct, or delete Contact Data upon request by the Customer. If we receive a request directly from a Data Subject, we will work with the Customer to honour the request.
